Get Photoshop, get a bunch of clip arts or grab a bunch of shit you want on ya album cover, now select the eraser with "Erase Background" feature and touch the background first to start removing only the background, try and avoid the actual image your trying to get, (i like to zoom in and take my time erasing............. then do the magic selection, cut, drop on a large transparency background, and just keep dropping shit on it. use Bubble Graffiti font or better, bevel it, color it with whatever color you want, select the whole image with the selection tool, and use Alien skin to tint the whole thing a light purple.... If you want smoke to come out whatever mouth, simply highlight the lips or whatever you want smoke or fog to come out of with the box selection tool, and use Alien-skin ( Smoke )Plug in.. and just play around until you get the type of smoke that suits you...............................................
you can then start ad-libbin from there.. Simple shit. that cover was done by a kid or someone that's new............................

Shut the fuck up, you don't know shit about designing and will never succeed in this business. You're just explaining some fucking easy shit to do. U've seen the final piece, ofcourse it may look easy now, but the process and the thinking that goes into creating a cover is harder and takes more effort then u think. Delete photoshop.
