972-284-0600 - 9722840600 - Who Number is this - False Complaint

Need Some Help! This morning I got a phone message from 9722840600 / (972) 2840600 and was made to believe the call was a scammer. I decided to complain to the the number and yell. Anyway, I feel like such a fool Gulf Coast Western -an Oil drilling corporation- was calling was returning a call from last months interview - telling me I got the job Any idea how to uncomplain and fix this?!!
