It's called trying to be Cyber hood.. they sound out how somebody ( Themselves, People they heard on tv or in a rap song) would sound like and try their best as possible to spell as ignorant as it sounds..
I don't even try to understand it no more, i just don't read it or i assume it's a lil 14 y/o kid that's pokin around on the keyboard, sad part is you suppose to know how to spell, read and comprehend at age 9 or 10.
