He plays the CEO roll perfectly. The majority of CEO's of major corporations do the exact same thing. That IS his talent! Call it exploitation or call it management. The fact of the matter is that he employs quite a large number of black people and has given a number of people an opportunity to get of the streets and put some legitimate money in their pockets. He gets paid very well for doing so just like any other label head or corporate mogul and that's a lot more than i can say of most of the people who criticize him. Personally, i agree he sucks as a hip-hop artist but i'd rather take a page out of his book and be the guy behind the scenes raking in the dough off of the talents of the many people i discovered, developed and marketed, than one individual star in the spotlight whose career has limited longevity. Remember, it's not about getting rich, it's about being wealthy. It's The American Dream, man!
