I just sometimes listen to this shit and just hold my head down in a R.I.P type of way to one of my most listened Genre's get raped, ravaged, stabbed and killed right before my very ears when i listen to Shit like this and "most" of gooch, Soulja boy, etc.
In a way im glad they calling it trap and not Hip Hop or Rap, but so it's kinda it's own Genre' but its still considered part of the Rap/Hip Hop Family, and when people that could careless about sub-Genre's listen to this shit they're like "IS THIS WHAT THEY ARE REALLY LISTENING TO NOWADAYS? ??!!" .
i go on the Defense and try and separate this type of bullshit from Real Lyrical or Hip Hop/party shit from the shit being vomited out certain sections of The south ain't what kats that respect the rap game and loved the foundation it was built off of listen to, and let them know it's not every nigga in those certain sections of the south, it's just a few kats that broke out big and found a market (kids and lames) to get their shit distributed to and i don't blame em one bit get money but don't expect people to put you up there in the end of your career with The likes of 2Pac, Bigg, JayZ, Nas, Soulja Slim, etc, you'll just be remembered as a Pop culture blurp.
