It didnt start raining till it was over last night, but we just had 10" of rain in the past 2 hours and most of the downtown area is flooded,(not New Orleans flooded but basements and streets), they had to evac a prision just outside of Memphis due to flooding, Im just glad the tornado never touched down cause that shit went right over my house! There not going to open Tom Lee park till 3 and its going to be a muddy ass mess, but thats been some of my best times down there. I think one of the stages took wind damage but there fixing it now before the music starts at 4
