I respect both sides but G unit is now a platinum selling group of artists, that aren't as hungry as when they first came on the scene. However, D-Block still maintains that intensity. Yes, G-unit makes more money, but who cares about money when your listening to music? It's about quality, and the last few G-unit efforts (Yayo & 50), have not been that hot. Focusing on the battle, D-block came at G-unit harder and more consistently, so in terms of strictly emceeing, they definetely won.

i aint read all of theese post but the matter of the fact is is that D-Block is betta. Just because you sell more and have more money doesnt make you quality. D-Block is for the streets because they make music for the love of the Game and if money comes with that so let it. Being for the streets means more than just being in the hood or in the trap, its bout relatin to people with your music and being real with what you spit. Old School rappers spit for the love of spittin, not makin garbage ass tracks just to make money. Pac did it for the love of the game, money was the accomidation that came with the fame. Just because you are more COMMERCIALIZED than another group dont make u nice. G -Unit has a bunch of entrepenuers, not true hip hop artist. They USED to be nice. And again, bATTLES are about who spit the best punches and fire at eachotha, there is no money involved in lyrics. Puttin money in your opinion as to who won is dumb as hell to do. 50 is a RnB artist now, he sings more than he spits and his income is from WAY more than just hip hop itself. And no one wants to trade places wit G-Unit. who wants to go from no beef to more beef than an oscar myer factory. nuff said. Money is not the root of happiness. 50 OBVIOUSLY aint happy if he got beef with EVERYONE almost in the game right now.
