I aint a fan of the dude but i do try and keep up with mostly anything that's in the hip hop world with sources such as Allhiphop.com and shit.. Anyway Gucci Album "The State vs. Radric Davis" don't drop til December 8th.. Tracks have leaked off it but the album aint drop yet so it can't flop, however since he'll be in jail the Album might get pushed back, im not for sure..
He kinda went to jail at a bad time, if his album drop later on next year mostly everything on it will be irrelevant and the whole hype he built up might actually start calmin down by that time, also T.I. is out and will have an album dropping soon, Jeezy Dropping soon, Outkast dropping next year, Luda Dropping next year, so all of ATL's Heavy weights will be drowning him out of the airwaves by the time he gets out, so it'll be best if Warner Music drop his album anyway and not worry about his album party or what not and release that shit while he's still hot and got his lil audience he gained in Mixtapeland.
i think the Album gonna still drop on the launch date no matter what and he'll just have to get feed back on how well it's sellin while he fight in Appeals courts for freedom, problem is he wont be able to Tour and promote his shit and thats the Key to success, so expect the Mike Jones of ATL to fail.
