- "Kick Push" was just a story. Why isn't this man allowed to tell a story? He never said the boy in the story was him. Ross perpetrates a lifestyle that was never his own, parades it around, and tells it's tale like a first hand account. That is not storytelling, not when you can't admit it's something that isn't your own. Lupe just told a story. He even said that it isn't him.
- So, now, what you're saying is someone can't be a fan of something and write a song about it? That doesn't sound right, so what's the real reason you don't like him? I'm sure he respects the craft.
- -For a man to conquer himself is the first and noblest of all victories.
I like Lupe , Im just saying

How the fuck y'all gone hate on a niggas hobby? fuck what a nigga like to do on his free time, how can that dictate your talent level or your street cred level? Somebody please explain that to me and try not sound ignorant because imma call yo ass out..
- Nigga's are now restricted from doing what they personally consider fun because white boys traditionally did it first? MAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
- Lets see, hmm, White boys sported Gucci first, White Boys Sported Expensive cars first, White boys dated white girls first, White boys made Cocaine Popular first, White boys started the modified rides... There's a lot of shit white boys have or have done first that "So called "G's" and street nigga'z consider their own code now.. that shit just get done different..
- Thank them White boys for making the computer ya'll Gangsta's are all on and the Ipods and Zunes ya'll all sportin and rides ya'll love so much and the Plasma/LCD's we all love..
- Or just shut the fuck up and live ya life and let them nigga's live theirs the way they want, ol'e highschool mentality, easily influenced, weak minded ass nigga'z.. (he ain't actin like this so he not Screet humph! ) lol

- That and because of something as stupid as how I talk. (Who gives a fuck about how I talk, write, etc. Judge me by my actions.) The people who I grew up wit accepted me for me, but the people who don't know me say I'm an "Uncle Tom" (rofl and it's like how? Because of how I talk? gtfoh.). My moms just stressed the importance of pronunciation because she didn't want me to have a hardass carolina accent (like most of my relatives).
- Fuck that shit. People need to define their sense of self instead of letting others define it for them.

since my dad was a guitar
4sho homie i fell that when
Well my situation is a lil different mane..
- I kinda just stepped outta the box, i was into music, im a keyboardist and i real good on the track board be it Digital or hardware, so i wanted experiment a long time ago with other sounds when MIDI's were the big thing on the internet (yea showin my age there lol).. but i was one of those people that had a shit load of MIDI's in circulation all over the net.. While doing that i decided to start listening in on Rock, Metal, Post Rock, punk, nintendo core etc.
- but i didn't grow up in the suburbs.. i grew up right off of Airline hwy in Bunch Village.. Any Nigga from Orleans Parish, River Parish or Jefferson Parish know where that's at lol.. it's the HOOD, thats where all the murders and shit mostly happen lmao, but when every other person in that area is your relative or a friend of a relative you aint really got shit to worry about, i can go out there now with all that crime going on and feel comfortable walking up and down each street today lol!! But when i was younger i let it be known from the jump to everybody what i listen to so i get that shit outta the way, yea i got made fun of, i got chewed out, i got called all types of shit but i feel i opened my mind up and broke outta a mold everybody wanted to weld every nigga into i managed to turn about 20 of my homeboyz on to a few of what was known as "Cross over genre's" Back then..
Nowadays it's pretty normal for black folks to be into some form of Rock... I thought back and im like.. Damn i was way ahead of my time back then! i must be some type of prophet lol.
- My Skills in music production has improved a bit but i've been less motivated lately and been just tryin to make money, but yea If ya'll blaze, ya'll would not believe what your missing out on with some of the shit that be coming out..
- Reppin that *504 and 813*
No doubt.

- Yeah man. I thought about that for the longest and I get it now. When, I lived in Charlotte, I was surrounded by other people in the same situation...low-income and when I stayed in Greensboro on two occasions...we weren't making that much (about 20K a year), but I went to a majority white school (with the majority of students coming from high-income families). I didn't really think about that having an effect on me or w/e, but I think you're right. I still prefer to enunciate when I talk and use an allegedly "big vocab" JUST BECAUSE (that's what I'm gonna fuckin do) and because it grants me a lot of freedoms. People feel comfortable with a person who acts allegedly "white" lol, so they wouldn't suspect anything out of the ordinary. Fuck it tho, I'm not trying to "act white" (w/e the fuck that is), I'm just being myself.
