Ray Lewis was on the cover, was the only season he was hurt all year, Eddie George was on the cover, got hurt that year and was never the same, Vince Young was on the cover and got hurt and lost his starting job that year, Farve was on there 2 years ago and played with a tore elbow all year, Troy and Larry were both on the cover last year and you already know Polamalu was hurt all year and Larry had a bad hamstring all year. Thats just the ones I can think of off hand, Im not into Urban Legends or superstitious or anything, but I notice when theres a trend with something.

Coincidence, i think players tend to target players harder thats on those covers but it aint been all players, mostly all those players were injury prone anyway, and some of them like sprained a thumb or lose control of their bowl functions and somehow it goes to the infamous urban legend of the spooky "Madden Cursee woooooo" lol

Anyway Brees got the best looking cover thats ever been designed for a madden game, im gonna get it just for the cover alone.

My predictions are a lil more calculated than that, if i see they drafted well and traded well i'll say they'll repeat . as of right now we still need a good LB and some Depth at TE, DT, and OL.. if sharper signs back that'll be a good move, we still got some spots to fill before anything can be said tho, if i was to say anything right now i'd say we're good enough to get to the Post-season.. Superbowl is out of the question if we don't tighten up the depth in those positions, we also need to draft or get some good FA on OL to help protect Drew Brees, i think a lot of teams are going to be gearing to disrupt, or shake him up, he knows how to protect himself and he gets the ball out fast but he still needs time to think, teams will be looking to get rid of his split-second thought process.. Monday or next friday my sig will change and let ya know wassup, i wanna wait for some moves in FA and drafts first.
