in new york law is if a cop can line up a shot then they can get out the way. they can not shoot at a car even if it hit s them unless someone in the car shoots at them. a cop getting hit by a car does not give them the right to shoot at a car. this is by law in new york.

You gotta know that cops are never guilty (their words not mine)... 4-5 cops will lie just like everyone else. From the information shared by witnesses (including strippers) and independent police investigators these cops had no legal reason to fire a shot at that car. They were in no danger. One cop admitted he only opened fire because the cops around him started shooting. But I guess this is acceptable since they are cops. Notice this never happens to white people in affluent neighborhoods. Please direct me to a news article that shows a white man being handled in this mannor? So much for "Protect and Serve"
