Still can't download

When I download some torrents and I start them in my tracker it is 'connecting tracker to say start, please wait'. Anyone knows whats wrong?

When I download the torrents
When I download the torrents from southern smoke 26 and kiss my ass: jadakiss and I start them in my bittorent client it first says: Connecting tacker, waiting for response.
