Now That's What I call Freestyles Vol.3

I'm lookin for one particular track i've searched for for years. Freestyle with Tragedy khadafi and HeadRush napoleon, I think it was called new world order. Probablly wasnt even a freestyle. Headrush spits first only line i remember goes something like this "I'm from a place where plain clothes,Run up and raid those, Second floor rocks spots, on top of bodega's" Not much to go on but if you can find me this you'd be ending like 6-7 years of frustration.
