The dedication series started because wayne wnted to give the people in new orleans sum real ish to listen to. He went way off the theme off the album and he only rapped about 20 sec on each track. No lie young money got some decent rappas but it was called lil wayne- dedication 3 not young money- dedication 3. This album was not appropriate and it sucked because he barely rapped. This was supposed to be jus wayne giving back to new orleans and wayne only.
